Featuring a Quilon coating, these pre-cut sheets create a reliable stick-resistant surface that reduces food waste and eliminates the need for spray-on release products. Made from 24.5# paper, each liner is both grease- and moisture-resistant, protecting your bun and sheet pans from stubborn buildup and making cleanup remarkably quick and easy. These durable liners can withstand temperatures up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit, making them suitable for a wide range of baking applications. Beyond standard pan lining, they can also be used to make disposable pastry bags, bake foods en papillote, or create parchment envelopes for seasoning. When you're done, simply dispose of the liner and grab a fresh one. Each pack contains 100 pre-cut sheets sized to perfectly fit half size sheet pans.
