These Terms of Service govern your use of tabletopkingstore.com and purchases from Table Top King. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Table Top King is an online retailer of commercial kitchen equipment, foodservice supplies, smallwares, tabletop products, disposables, furniture, janitorial products, and related goods. 2. Product information

We work to keep descriptions, images, prices, and availability accurate. Colors and appearance may vary by screen, and manufacturer specifications may change. Brand names identify the manufacturer of the product and do not by themselves indicate an affiliation, partnership, or authorized-dealer relationship with Table Top King.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. We may cancel or limit an order if an item is unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or the order violates these terms or applicable law. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information and authorize the selected payment method for the total shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes as provided by applicable law and carrier terms.

6. Returns, exchanges, and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.
