Alto-Shaam 500-1D Warming Drawer

This Alto-Shaam Warming Drawer features Halo Heat technology, which uses no harsh heating elements, forced air, or added humidity. This results in maximum food quality and moisture retention over a longer period of time. It has a non-magnetic stainless steel exterior and removal stainless steel drawer rail supports. The drawer includes one full-size (GN 1/1) 12" x 20" x 6" stainless steel pan. The warmer itself is controlled by and On / Off power switch, and has Up and Down arrow buttons with a temperature range of 60°F to 200°F.
