(Side 1 in images) Recommended to pre-heat in the SelfCookingCenter before use. For deeper stright grill lines, refer to the Grilling and Roasting Plate. The grill and pizza tray has perfect non-stick properties and is extremely durable. The 3 layer TriLax coating supports browning and is best suited for use at temperatures up to 575°F (300°C) Recommended for hand washing in commercial kitchens.
